Có bao giờ bạn tự hỏi: Sao người ta nói gì mình cũng hiểu, từ vựng nào cũng biết, nhưng đến khi mình nói thì... ý tưởng và từ vựng đi đâu hết?
Đừng lo! 2 kỹ thuật thần thánh dưới đây sẽ giúp bạn trở thành “bà tám” trong phòng thi, trả lời trôi chảy, tự tin hơn ngay cả khi chưa chuẩn bị trước.
1. KỸ THUẬT WH-QUESTIONS – Mở rộng ý tưởng dễ dàng
Hãy tự hỏi bản thân các câu hỏi WH-Questions và tự trả lời. Đây là cách giúp bạn triển khai ý nhanh chóng, tránh bị ngập ngừng.
📌 Các câu hỏi WH giúp triển khai ý dễ dàng:
WHAT – Nó là cái gì? Đặc điểm nổi bật là gì?
WHEN – Sự kiện này xảy ra khi nào? Có thời điểm nào đặc biệt không? (Sinh nhật, ngày lễ, lễ kỉ niệm…..?)
WHERE – Nó xảy ra ở đâu? Địa điểm đó có gì đặc biệt không? (Về cảnh quan, con người, dịch vụ,....)
WHO – Bạn làm điều đó với ai? Mối quan hệ với người đó ra sao? (Bạn thân, bạn chung lớp, anh em trong gia đình, đồng nghiệp,…)
WHY – Tại sao nó quan trọng? Hoặc tại sao nó xảy ra?
HOW – Cảm giác của bạn về nó? Nó ảnh hưởng đến sự kiện/ cuộc sống/ trải nghiệm của bạn thế nào?
🔥 Ví dụ áp dụng – Câu hỏi: "Describe a book you enjoyed reading."
WHAT: "Well, one of my favorite books is The act of reading mind. It’s a fiction book about reading other people's minds and how to understand others."
WHEN: "I first read it when I was in high school, and it completely changed my perspective on life."
WHERE: "I remember reading it in a small café near my house, which made the experience even more enjoyable."
WHO: "The book talks about the author's experience when meeting and working with people from all walks of life."
WHY: "I love this book because it teaches a valuable lesson about reading other people based on their facial expressions. This helps me to better communicate with them whether they are irritated or in a good mood.
HOW: "Honestly, I have learned a lot of strategies and techniques in order to communicate with other people in a more meaningful way and attractive manner

💡 Lưu ý: Không cần dùng hết WH-questions, chỉ cần chọn 3-4 câu phù hợp để mở rộng ý là đủ nha!
2. KỸ THUẬT QUÁ KHỨ – HIỆN TẠI – TƯƠNG LAI (PAST – PRESENT – FUTURE)
Một cách khác để kéo dài câu trả lời là kể chuyện theo dòng thời gian. Bạn chỉ cần nói về:
✅ QUÁ KHỨ (PAST) – Trước đây thế nào?
✅ HIỆN TẠI (PRESENT) – Bây giờ ra sao?
✅ TƯƠNG LAI (FUTURE) – Nó sẽ thay đổi thế nào trong tương lai?
🔥 Ví dụ áp dụng – Câu hỏi: "Describe a historical place you have visited."
PAST: "A few years ago, I visited the Imperial City in Hue. It was once the political and cultural center of Vietnam during the Nguyen Dynasty."
PRESENT: "Nowadays, it is a famous tourist attraction, and people from all over the world come to see its ancient architecture."
FUTURE: "I think in the future, the government will invest more in preserving it, so that future generations can continue to appreciate its historical value."

"Describe a historical place you have visited."

3. KẾT HỢP CẢ HAI KỸ THUẬT ĐỂ TRẢ LỜI "MƯỢT NHƯ SUNSILK"
🔥 Câu hỏi: "Describe a sport you like to play."
1️⃣ Dùng WH-questions để tìm ý:
WHAT: "I really enjoy playing badminton because it’s fun and a great workout."
WHO: "I usually play with my friends at a local sports center."
WHY: "I love it because it keeps me fit and helps me relieve stress."
2️⃣ Dùng PAST – PRESENT – FUTURE để kéo dài câu trả lời:
PAST: "When I was a kid, I wasn’t really into sports, but my dad encouraged me to try badminton."
PRESENT: "Now, I play twice a week, and it has become a big part of my routine."
FUTURE: "In the future, I hope to join a local badminton club to improve my skills."
Bài nói mẫu hoàn chỉnh:
"Describe a sport you like to play."
